Pastels, 102 x 70 cm.
This painting is about the allegoria on the future. You can note there a fantastic city and vitreous boughs, crystal trees. But the peacock expresses the natural beauty.
Water reflexes what hides incide of the airship (demon) and also reflects clouds (Heaven below)
This piece of art is inspired by the "Heaven Below" by Septic flesh, this is the text of the song:


A peacock rests alone in the vitreous valley
With an innocent pose like it does not know
On its featheres ventaglia thousands of eyes
Empty since the end of oracles

Clouds create a hollow pillow
For sleepy heads to rest
By denying to submit to the whims
Of their unstable paterns, I glide above them all

Heaven below

Light as a thought, dropping the weight of milleniums
How far can one reach
The answer depends on who this one is
How far can one extend
As far as his limits go...

Wow, man, your interpretation and such little details make this piece brilliant. Specially the demon reflecting in the water, as water never hides the truth within. I just have one little doubt, what's that red disc-like thing close to the shore?

About the technique, I must say I'm impressed by your abilities with pastels, the peacock looks gorgeous, I mean, it's feather are so well detailed and it's expression looks so royal, magnificent.
